Staff may only use UpToDate when they are physically on-campus.

Students may use UpToDate from anywhere. If you have followed the troubleshooting on the "Unsuccessful" page, and  (1) synchronised your UniKey, and (2) changed your password, ring the Student Centre. There is most likely a problem with your enrollment status  being processed, if you can't login to UpToDate.
