The catalogue is the most comprehensive and up to date listing of everything in the library. Access it via the link on the Library home page:

  • Use the catalogue to find a known item - (book, DVD, journal,  etc), or find out what material we have on a topic or by an author. Use it to double-check if you haven't found what you need in CrossSearch, the search box on our home page.
  • You can find journals in the catalogue, but not individual journal articles; books, but not specific book chapters. To find journal articles or book chapters, use our online subject-based databases, or start with CrossSearch.
  • As well as our books, journals, music scores and eresources, it includes course readings for Units of Study and exam papers.
  • You can search by keywords, or do precise and sophisticated searches by exact title, author and subject.
