We recommend that you link Google Scholar with the Library’s research databases to ensure that you’re able to quickly access more articles in full-text.

Step 1: Open Google Scholar - https://scholar.google.com.au/

Step 2: Click on the menu icon at the top left of the screen.

Step 3: Click on the Settings icon via the left-hand menu

Step 4: Click on Library Links via the left-hand menu.

Step 5: Enter University of Sydney into the search box provided.

            Please tick the checkbox next to:

  • UNIVERSITY OF SYDNEY – ProQuest Fulltext

  • University of Sydney Library - @ University of Sydney

Step 6: Click on the Search icon and then the Save button

Step 7: Perform your search then click on the “@ University of Sydney” link to access full text.

Step 8: Authenticate with your UniKey credentials

 

 

Get LibX

Another way is to use LibX, which is a plug-in for Chrome and Firefox. It  lets you quickly search Google Scholar, our catalogue, or CrossSearch.
