The anatomy models at the old Medical Library where on donation from the Faculty. With the refurbishment of the space these models, along with a selection of new models purchased by the library, were sent to the Anatomy and Histology department to undergo general maintenance and repair.

With the development of the new Health Sciences precinct building, the anatomy models will move back into the library space. Until then, the Anatomy and Histology Department have the items available for students to use in the J.T Wilson Museum in the Anderson Stuart Building.
