This is a known issue and our Library IT team are working to resolve it. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing. Please try the below suggestions.

If you see this message:

  1. Hold down the back button in your browser until you see your history.
  2. In your history find the most recent page called "Login to eresources". It should be the 2nd or 3rd page from the top.
  3. Select the "Login to eresources" page in your history.
  4. Click the Accept button in the UniKey box.

You shouldn't be asked to enter your password again. You should go straight through to the resource. On the rare occasion you might see the error again. Repeat the steps one more time. You shouldn't need to do this more than twice.

Update: if this doesn't work, please try closing and reopening your browser, or try another browser.
