1. Go to Library Search: https://library.sydney.edu.au/search
2. Click “Sign in” on the top right-hand corner and then choose “Don’t have a UniKey?”
3. Enter your Community ID. Click next.
4. Click “Forgotten my password”.
5. Enter your Community ID and enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio provided (example below). Click next.
6. Click Email to send a verification code to your email account
7. Open email account on a separate page/tab
8. Access code in email
9. Enter code in library account set-up
10. Change password
11. Click on link back to account
