Many of the articles Google Scholar finds require a paid subscription for access to the complete full text. To ensure that you get search results with our subscriptions highlighted with @ University of Sydney links to the full text, you will need to change the settings in Google Scholar by doing the following:

  1. Click Settings

  2. Click Library links

  3. Search for "University of Sydney". From the results, check "University of Sydney Library - @ University of Sydney" and "University of Sydney – ProQuest Fulltext" then click Save – this will save the University of Sydney to your Google account.

  4. Perform your search then click on the "@ University of Sydney" link to access full text

  5. Authenticate with your UniKey credentials

Get LibX

Another way is to use LibX, which is a plug-in for Chrome and Firefox. It  lets you quickly search Google Scholar, our catalogue, or CrossSearch.
