Q. Pagination details are missing from RIS imports. What do I do?


If the metadata in a CrossSearch record is missing pagination, then it will label an item you are adding as ‘needs review’. This will occur even if your RIS upload had the pagination filled in correctly because the eReserve system matches (rather than copies) the RIS information to a CrossSearch record. When it finds a match this is what is put into eReserve. You can add pagination details to items that have the status “needs review” using the pencil edit icon on the record.
