Q. The roll over function takes a lot of time (for academics with multiple units or for eLearning support staff) to go through all the items on the lists one by one.


The new roll-over feature due to be released prior to the start of semester 2 will be a 3 step process: Select the time period, tick the check boxes next to the items you want to roll-over, click rollover. It will mean the process for an entire list (even a huge one) will be no more than a few minutes.
