There are a couple of groups who for technical reasons are not able login to MyLoans with their UniKey:
- LPAB / LEC students need to use their name and the borrower number on their student card to login to MyLoans.
- Clients who are both current students and staff. eg, if you have been a staff member and have recently enrolled in a course, you will have suddenly found that your UniKey no longer logs you into your familiar MyLoans record. Clients who have one UniKey, and are simultaneously both currently enrolled students and staff members, need to use their name and borrower number to login to their staff library patron record. Their UniKey is neccessarily mapped to their student patron record for technical reasons, and unfortunately this can't be changed.
