You need to set up a personal registration.

  1. Use the link to Digital Concert Hall in our databases A - Z.
  2. Wait until the "University of Sydney" pop-up appears over the initial popup offering bought or trial access.
  3. Click the gold Sign up or Log in button, then follow the  prompts to register with your email address and password or log in with an existing account. After registering / logging in, you can view all concerts, films and interviews in the Digital Concert Hall on all supported devices from our network or from home.

You will have to log in via a link on our website at least once every 4 weeks in order to verify the user account.

If you don't see the gold Sign up or Log in button, try a forced refresh (Shift key + Refresh)  of the database home page. If that doesn't bring up the "University of Sydney" pop-up, delete your browser cookies, close all the browser windows down, and then open the database again.

If at some time you get a message that says "Your institutional access to Digital Concert Hall has expired. Please verify your account by logging into www.digitalconcerthall.com from the network of your institution", your access to Digital Concert Hall will be restored once you have done so.

See Digital Concert Hall Institutional FAQ for more help with accounts, and Smartphone & Tablet FAQ.
