    In order to renew your library card, you will need a letter from the Dean, Head of School or Department, that outlines the period of your appointment. You can then take this letter to the Campus Card Centre to have your memebership renewed.

    You may also need to bring a completed application form available from: http://sydney.edu.au/campus-cards/applications/honorary.shtml, but do check with Campus Cards first.
