Thanks for letting us know about this. I have asked the staff to resubmit the request on your behalf. if you have any issues with document delivery you can always contact your Faculty Liaison librarian via email or use the Ask us now email service.

The turnaround time for delivery for articles and books can be found on the document delivery FAQ page and can vary depending on how quickly other libraries agree to supply the item for us. In the request form you can also provide a 'needed by' date in the 'Cancel if not filled by' field. This lets the document delivery staff know when an article or book is no longer required.
